Melanie took her own personal time off the clock to look up information we needed to understand my mom's illness. She also stayed late after coming in early to assist in bathing my mom. Melanie has gone above and beyond what we feel should be expected of her. She has taken time out of her busy day to call me and let me know about my mother's condition. She has put my mind at ease many times by doing this one act of kindness. The quality of care my mom has received from Melanie has been amazing. The hospital is never fun but Melanie has made it tolerable. Thank you, Melanie, for your smile, your kindness and the care you have given my mother.
