I know that no hospital is perfect, but so far, Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital has always been there to help me in my time of need. As a retired veteran, I am honored to be here to receive help. Melanie was very respectful and helped me dearly when my regular nurse was busy. She has excellent communication skills and made me feel well taken care of. She did not judge me for how I look or what I talked about. She is very knowledgeable in her field. The amount of care and curiosity she showed me was so good, it lifted my mood. Thank you for taking good care of me.
