Melanie Santos is a ray of sunshine. Her bright and colorful scrubs match Melanie's bright and positive personality. Melanie is 100% patient-centered, always ensuring I am well cared for. Melanie is so proactive that I was never in a position where I needed to call or reach out to her, as she already had addressed or taken care of it. After 4 days, I really wanted a shower. Melanie said No problem, we will do what we need to do to get your arm bagged up. In the past, others would suggest using bathing cloths. Melanie always makes you feel that you are all that matters; no matter what else, she never lets you feel overwhelmed. It is evident that Melanie loves her career as it comes through in all that she does. Due to my medical issues, my wife was with me daily. Melanie always checked on my wife to ensure she was also okay. Knowing that she is not only patient-centered but family-centered as well was simply amazing. Melanie stands out for so many reasons with care and compassion.
