Melanie Tuana, RN

I want to tell you that my PACU nurse, Melanie, made all of the difference. She was warm, kind, and informative. Most importantly, the moment before I went to the OR (as they unlocked the gurney), she could see my brave face breaking and some tears in my eyes. She leaned over, put her hand on my shoulder, looked me in the eyes, and said, "You will be ok." That moment will live with me for the rest of my life as a reason why I love the care at KP. Our people are the difference.
