Melina Willoughby, BSN, RN

1) Melina comforted me in a very stressful situation. She felt like a sister. We talked about traveling and the weather. She took the time to braid my hair, something so small but sweet. This kind act speaks to the character of Melina, it helped me to calm down and be at peace. I will always remember that! Thank you, Melina! 2) Ms. Melina was kind, caring, compassionate during my labor and delivery. Ms. Melina kept checking on me the whole labor about every 15-20 mins. She helped soothe and coach me through contractions. Ms. Melina took it upon herself to rotate me to different labor positions to help deliver my son faster. Ms. Melina demonstrated her passion of being a labor and delivery nurse through her kind gestures and duties. Ms. Melina is very deserving of Yhe DAISY Award.
