Melinda is someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is a unique soul who impacts lives for an eternity. She is a strong, independent, motivated, hardworking, loving, reliable, loyal, determined, selfless, dedicated, compassionate, black coffee loving, and an excellent nurse. She puts patients and staff before herself.
Melinda's promise is to be an advocate for her patients and this is evident to all of us by the compassion she shows towards each patient. In fact, her patients affectionately refer to her as "The General" because they know she means business and cares about their health.
Not only does Melinda take care of her patients, but her co-workers as well. Whenever we are in need of a nurse she makes all our concerns her own concerns. She never ever hesitates to offer herself in any way needed and in any situation. It is amazing to watch.
Melinda is truly an extraordinary nurse who is compassionate and caring. Her positivity is infectious. She has definitely imprinted on the whole team for sure.
