Our first interaction with this incredible nurse was on the day of surgery. Her consistent bubbly positive outlook made all the difference for the first time going into surgery. Four days later we were admitted to the ER for a complication with surgery. When we were finally admitted to inpatient, we were met with her glorious smiling face she said she purposely picked us because she enjoyed spending time with us on surgery day. I don’t know about you, but I don’t know any nurse who remembers all the details that Mindy remembered about us. How we like our coffee, one of us is extra cold, all the stories we told her about our childhood and playing sports. So many things that she completely connected with us again on the second visit to Baylor Scott & White. What an exceptional caring human she is and so perfect for her profession.
