Melinda Hennrich, RN

Mindy has worked almost every day due to most of the staff being sick. She never once complained and helped me with 3 rapids in one night. As I was extremely overwhelmed, Mindy stepped in to start IVs and draw labs and assist in every way possible. She is the calm in a storm.

Mindy has been an incredible clinical coordinator, charge nurse, and leader to the entire night shift crew. Mindy will always have your back and pick you up when you're down. Nursing is not an easy job, but she makes it all seem like no matter what everything will be okay. She is the perfect example of a nurse leader. Rain or shine, I will forever be grateful for the things she has taught me. I'm a better nurse because of her.
