Nurse Melinda is a prime example of why we choose Cook Children's. Her professionalism and extraordinary bedside manner helped to ease the very stressful situation of our son's surgery. This is the first time he has ever been in the hospital, so mom and dad were upset. She comforted us all which lead to a successful surgery experience.
