Mindy gave me the best experience during my labor process from start to finish. I was scheduled for induction a 5 am and the night shift wasn’t too enthused to have me come the last hour of their shift. But as soon as Mindy came in on her shift she was so welcoming and full of energy. She made sure my boyfriend and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. She offered me the birthing ball and the peanut which no one had ever offered me with my two oldest and I didn’t even know what the peanut was. She held my hand and explained everything to me during the epidural process. She made me laugh almost the entire time I was there. I felt so comfortable around her and was so nervous she wasn’t going to be there when I finally had to push. She stayed past her shift to be there for me when it was time to push. Granted she only had to stay an extra 45 minutes longer. But her being there by my side coaching me to breathe meant so much to me. I will forever be grateful to have had shared my birthing experience with her. Even the next day she came to check on us throughout the day and made sure we didn’t need anything. There are not many like Mindy she is definitely one of a kind in so many ways. I am so beyond grateful I had the chance to meet her.
