Wow! Where to start? In April, my Dad was experiencing hallucinations while this outstandingly professional nurse was on duty. She provided not only excellent patient care to my Dad, but also reassured family members experiencing this horrific incident. She answered questions promptly, was in constant contact with my Dad's Doctor to come up with a plan to keep not only my Dad safe, but everyone else in contact with him - Posey bed. Melinda is a problem solver. Compassionate! She did her charting right outside Dad's room to constantly monitor him and his safety. Then she stayed over her shift to update my Dad's Doctor! She is excellent and such a credit to Methodist! All nurses should be like her.
