She was delighted to rekindle a long-lost friendship but most of all she was happy that Melinda was tending to her Grandmother. She stated that Melinda took care of her Grandmother as if she were her own. She treated both the patient and family members as if they were her own family. She stated that Melinda is a precious person and a spectacular nurse. She is kind, gentle, patient, respectful, and funny. She further stated that Melinda was generous in her praise for her teammates as well. The story ends with the patient going home feeling better and her Granddaughter rekindled a long-lost friendship with a "spectacular" nurse.
