Melinda was very caring and through with her job. When the LPN working in my room seemed like she needed assistance, Melinda stepped right in and took control! When meds weren't working well enough she contacted the doctor on call and had them come in to find out what to do because it was a very unusual problem. We had to try many different things. Melinda stepped right up to speak with the doctors on my behalf and due to her involvement, things were quickly changed to relieve my severe pain! I am so glad she was there to help!
