Melisha is very deserving of the DAISY award, according to the wife of a patient who nominated her. “Melisha watched over my husband after his surgery and assisted us in so many ways. She was attentive to his needs, made sure his pain was under control, made sure he was comfortable and gave us suggestions on how to maintain his comfort and the pain didn’t get ahead of him.”
