Melissa has consistently gone above and beyond throughout my 3-day stay at PPGH. When I told her I wanted her to be my nurse throughout the entire birthing process, she even tried to pick up a shift to make it happen. My spouse was not able to be here with me, so it was an emotionally difficult day, but Melissa did everything to make me feel comfortable, and she managed my family very well when needed. Melissa was the most helpful and informative nurse I have ever met! She even made sure to tell me she was leaving for the next shift, so I was never caught off guard by new people coming in and out.
