Melissa is a true life Superhero - amazing at her job. She is so friendly; she introduced herself and asked me what I like to be called. I found her touch instantly warm and caring. She made my day so easy, giving advice and support when I was feeling scared, sick, and tired.

She is so caring, and she helped me more than she knows - we were like friends, and that helped my mindset. She always puts a smile on my face.
