Melissa Anderton was extremely patient when caring for my mother. My mom gets confused, is hard of hearing, and can be a little challenging at times. Melissa very patiently listened and explained things many, many times. She went above and beyond what was expected, and we are so extremely grateful for her care and calm attitude. We appreciate all the care that was given to my mother!
