After 20 days of constant migraine headaches from post-concussion symptoms, I called Rust Neurology to try and make an appointment with my doctor, only to learn she was on vacation. On several occasions, I spoke with Melissa, and each time, she patiently listened and suggested I go to the ER (which was noted, but with migraines as bad as I was having, I chose not to), and she continued in a professional, empathetic manner to help find a solution. She was instrumental in recommending the right Urgent Care facility. I highly recommend Melissa for the DAISY Award!
