Melissa Bailey is an exceptional nurse. She is very knowledgeable and tried to help the family understand exactly what was happening with my husband's condition as reports came in and decisions had to be made. She shows genuine compassion and care for the patient and the family.
Melissa's presence brought us peace of mind in knowing we were making the right decisions. Not that she told us what to do, she just presented the truth in a loving, caring manner. I am 62-years-old and Melissa is the best nurse I have ever come in contact with in my life. She is a genuine person and the nurse I would want taking care of me if I were the patient!
