My mom was in ICU and her nurse, Melissa, was absolutely fantastic in caring for my mom and in explaining things that were going on in a way that we could understand. Unfortunately, my mom didn't make it but Melissa stayed with us, even though her shift ended, until she died. I cannot thank her enough for the sincere loving concern she had for my mom and in caring for our needs as well. Melissa, you are the best!!
