Melissa was the nurse for my aunt, and she was a great example of what a nurse should be. Melissa was always thoughtful of my aunt's care and always went beyond to ensure her comfort. We asked a lot of her and she always answered our questions with a smile. When we asked for something, she was prompt to meet our request. I was most impressed when we asked to speak with the Oncologist; she made sure to call him so we could find out about my aunt's treatment. I was delighted to meet a nurse who says she will do something, and she does it quickly and with a smile. Melissa exemplifies compassionate service.
