When my son was in the NICU I had several problems with my lactation. Melissa never failed to help me. She would always come to my sons' room just to ask me how everything was going. She really cares about the mothers of the babies, as well as the newborns. This was my first child so I had no idea how all that stuff worked, she told me everything I needed to know and made sure she tried to help fix any problem I had. She's truly amazing!
