Melissa Blair, RN, BSN

My son was brought into the ER following a motorcycle accident. Melissa cared for and worked on him for hours. She contacted his emergency contacts, was honest, and kind, and gave us the information we needed to get to the hospital. I live eight hours away. She was compassionate and professional. After they were done doing what they could, my son was transferred to ICU. Melissa came and checked on him and the family. When he was moved to the 5th floor, she continued to check on him and the family. Melissa went above and beyond the core values of showing compassion, and integrity; she gave us hope and encouragement. She truly understands the meaning of humanity. She took care of his needs and was wonderful and loving.
