Melissa was so kind, courteous, patient, and attentive. She took her time with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. Melissa even took the time to share with me a little of her personal story because we had the same procedure done. This was very encouraging for me and helped me to have faith and feel secure that everything was going to be alright. I believe that she is a Champion in every aspect of her life but especially as a nurse. My life will be forever changed because the good Lord allowed our paths to cross here on this earth.
