Nurse Melissa was more than welcoming to our family. Our mother was having high-risk surgery and she made it possible for all of her children to be able to see her before she went back for the procedure. After the Dr. spoke with my father and described how high risk this would be Melissa held both my parents' hands and prayed with them. She treated them like her own family. Thank you, Melissa, for your wonderful care going above and beyond. You did not make us feel like just another patient but like family.
