My mom and I were disappointed she couldn't come home for Thanksgiving. Melissa, with her kindness and thoughtfulness, made it Thanksgiving for us, in spite of this. Not only on this day but every day she cared for my mother. I knew she was in good hands. She has been a Godsend to me and my mother. She guided my mother and me through some tough situations. My mom has never been in the hospital and I didn't really know what to do about Medicare and her stay. This nurse got me in touch with the social worker while giving excellent kindness and care. She has gone above and beyond to see that both of us have been cared for. Answered all our questions and always upbeat and smiling.
