Melissa has been a jewel and a blessing to our mother. Not only did she allow our mother to vent on her and share all her mishaps and frustrations but she did it with such grace. Our mother was so, so frustrated about being here at SJMC that she actually said she was being held hostage. Melissa recognized her confusion and reassured her that she was in the right place and that she was there to help her with all her needs and even came to her room to join her for lunch. We love Melissa. You are very fortunate to have such a loving and caring RN like Melissa. She displayed such patience and care towards our mother, in fact, she treated her as if she was her own mother. When our mother was coherent, she shared with us how nice and patient Melissa was and was taking excellent care of her.
