Melissa was my nurse while I was in the hospital. She was always there for me and made me feel safe and cared for. She was never too busy for me. With her as my nurse I never felt scared, I was never left in pain, and felt truly cared for. I have been in the hospital many times and usually leave feeling like I was a bother to the nursing staff. However, Melissa and the staff of the fifth floor never made me feel that way.

Melissa, went out of her way to take care of me and my visiting family members over and over. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me and my family.
