Melissa has been very kind and caring throughout my breast cancer treatment. Her kindness helped me to be optimistic and kept me calm, because she always responded to my emails and numerous questions quickly and efficiently. After my mastectomy, she gave me a vest with pockets, so I could put all the drainage tubes in those pockets. It was made of cotton, so it was very good for my skin which was going through a bad rash due to all the medications from the 4 surgeries on my breasts. She also wrapped my breast area with a wide band and taught me how to do it. After my mastectomy, the hospital had left my IV in my hand, and as soon as I contacted Melissa, she told me to come in and she took care of it quickly and efficiently. She also taught me how to drain the tubes attached to my chest. She has always been available to help me, guide me, and answer my numerous questions. I couldn't have gone through all my surgeries without her. I really appreciate her and would like to show her that she is very important to my doctor's patients.
