Melissa picked up work in the Hospitality Suite to work with us. She asked me a couple of times how I was feeling. I told her I felt okay; my allergies were acting up. Melissa asked about my breathing as she could hear something in my breathing. She called an ACT Nurse to check me out. It turns out my blood pressure was 282/204. I was then taken to the Emergency Department to be signed in. My EKG and blood work were abnormal, and I was admitted to the hospital. Melissa came to check on me each day she was working. She made sure I got my medicines. My overall care was exceptional. When it was time for meals, she made sure that I ate, she even went to buy me food and drinks. Melissa did this until I was discharged. My family and I are so grateful for her knowledge, caring, and quick actions. Melissa is an AMAZING nurse and WONDERFUL co-worker. Please let everyone know Melissa is the bomb.
