I would like to recognize Melissa for her awesome compassion towards patients and her team. She is awesome with developing relationships with patients so they feel comfortable coming to her for anything. I was especially moved when a patient came in with a very serious recent diagnosis and was feeling very discouraged to the point of tears. By the time he walked out Melissa had given him several options to assist him and enough encouragement to produce a smile on his face. Melissa is wonderful at what she does!
