Melissa went above & beyond to help my family after the birth of our daughter. She loaned me her phone charger when my phone was dead so I could take precious photos of our newborn. On the 2nd night, my wife was having post baby blues and was sleep deprived and worried about a minor issue with my daughter. Although Melissa was not assigned to care for my wife, she checked on her and helped her feel "normal" about the mood swings she was experiencing. Melissa's amazing rapport with patients made my wife laugh and feel better about what she was going through. I think when people excel at their job, they should be recognized and Melissa EXCELS at her job.
