Melissa was there for me when I had a full-blown panic attack as I was trying to consume two whole gallons of Golytely for Colonoscopy prep. I was having a real emotional breakdown. Melissa was calming and talked me through the panic attack and got me through the procedure. She was very empathetic and kind and spent some extra time with me despite her busy schedule.
