I have been coming since 2018. I took a 2-year break to participate in a clinical trial, and now I come every 2 weeks. I didn't sleep well before I came, but with Melissa, I look forward to coming and am never nervous. Other nurses made me nervous! She handles all aspects of this job really well. She is great with all types of patients. I am the daughter of a physician and an ICCU RN, and I call Melissa a "crack shot" nurse. She is superior at getting my IVs started, and even though I can be a trick stick if I'm cold. She has listened to me, and we've worked together really well. I can well imagine this job is stressful, and she never acts stressed. I like Melissa quite a lot. She is a great human being. She is so sweet. I have meant to nominate her a gazillion times, and finally I remembered, and I am happy.
