She was patient and thoughtful. She also spent time with me and always explained herself well. She took her time with me and was never rushed. She made me feel like I was important to her and cared about me personally. She explained diagnosis and treatment and was attentive to my needs even when she was out of the room. There were no surprises and I always knew what was happening next. She made me feel safe and secure. I felt that I could trust her and had a lot of confidence in her. She kept me thinking on the positive side and made me happy. I was so glad she was my nurse. 
My mom was happy and well taken care of so I was very appreciative. My mom was so impressed and she told me she got the best nurse. I could not come in at first and she was kind and informative on the phone. She made me feel at ease. When I was able to come in, my mom was comfortable, clean and happy, content and calm. Best nurse ever! Great work! Great care and very thoughtful - just awesome!
