Melissa is a great nurse with a wonderful, upbeat attitude. She took care of our mother during her last days with us. Our mother was diagnosed with a stroke that was irreversible. We knew we were going to lose our mother that day, but Melissa made it bearable. She was kind to all of us and took the time to explain what was going on. She listened to our concerns and fears. She treated our mother with dignity and made us feel better about having to make a difficult decision. Melissa went beyond her job by spending time with us, and explaining what was going to happen next. Melissa was pleasant and very competent as a nurse.
