Melissa Gaul, MSN, RN

Melissa is an engaged nurse leader who understands the importance of listening to, advocating for, and supporting her team. She is doing a phenomenal job leading efforts to establish step-down patient care on W6. This is a significant undertaking requiring skilled communication, collaboration and change management skills. She is doing all this work with positive energy while role modeling change agility to her team members and peers. She is using creative communication techniques leveraging staff input and skills and maintaining focus on forward progress throughout. I am so excited to see the continued progress of the W6 stepdown project and W6 team under Melissa's leadership.
