Melissa has grown tremendously as a leader in her position and in our team here at BWB. She is always on top of her daily duties and always offering new ideas for efficiency and associate satisfaction in order to provide quality care to our patients and she has implemented a few of her new ideas in the office. Melissa is always one to offer assistance to others and is agreeable to travel to provide coverage at our sister offices when asked and never complains. She refuses to allow negativity into her day. Melissa has conversations over the phone and in person with patients and she is consistently patient, friendly and thorough with her excellent AIDET skills. She goes out of her way to make sure her patients are satisfied with their patient experience. I have witnessed many conversations between Melissa and her patients where one would think she was addressing a family member and loved one. I cannot fully express what an amazing person this nurse is! We are blessed to have her here at BWB and I feel strongly that she is a true DAISY Nurse.
