Mel never let us see her sweat. No matter how stressful our clinic may be, with our patients or staff, she never reveals that she is stressed or angry, at anyone or anything. She handles it like a real charge nurse! She is always available for everyone whenever you approach her. She never has an attitude and never gives off any signals with any attitudes.
No question is a dumb question for her and she treats everyone with the same respect. She does not look down on others. She makes all Trinity Clinic Gastroenterology / Surgery staff feel welcomed, loved, appreciated and accepted.
She is the best! She is my nurse hero. Way to go Mel!!!!
