Melissa is just about the sweetest nurse that ever lived! She was so gentle, kind and compassionate to my dad. Always gentle in work and deed. You could tell she was smiling underneath that darn mask. Her eyes light up the room and made my dad happy. She is a great addition to the Shannon Family.

As a nurse myself for 38 years, Melissa's compassion and concern were outstanding. She shortened my stay by contacting the MD for test results so I could receive additional ABX. Not only that, before she left her shift she came to administer it. Assuring my meds would not be delayed by shift change. I commend her for the excellent job she does. Anytime there was a delay she would update me. What and awesome job she does! Her dedication and compassion really shine! Thanks Melissa for all you do!
