Melisssa was very caring with all medical issues but was also caring to talk with me on a personal level, as well as caring about my husband's concerns and health situation. She went out of her way to make sure that I was doing well and not having any discomfort at all. She was very conscious regarding my mental health and confusion regarding my health situation and would make sure I understood what was wrong and what treatments I was getting to ensure my health recovery. Her demeanor was always outgoing and had a smile on her face for all to see which was needed at times due to the hectic nature of the medical issues and concerns of the patients requiring round the clock care.
