Melissa recently went above and beyond by helping to facilitate a video conference call with 42 family members of a terminally ill patient so that they could say their goodbyes. In addition, Melissa made sure that the patient's son was able to be with his father in his room until his passing. The family was very grateful that they were able to say goodbye and expressed that it provided them with closure and comfort.
