Melissa Higdon, ADN, RN

Melissa is the most amazing nurse I’ve ever met. She is kind, gentle, supportive, always offered concern and positivity. She went above and beyond her regular duties to make my mom (patient) and family feel comfortable and cared for, even when we didn’t ask her to. She never rushed through explaining the doctor’s plans and always made sure we were well informed. When we lost my mother’s prayer blanket during a linen change, she made sure it was returned to us, going above and beyond to find it. She visited us even after when she wasn’t our nurse and told us she was praying for my mom to get well. There is not enough room on this paper to write all of the great qualities Melissa has, but we feel very blessed to have met her.
