Melissa was always dressed nicely, and her bedside manner was really outstanding. She treats her patients with care and understanding, which makes you feel good because you know she cares about you. She never rushes through anything and explains things with a soft and caring voice.
She is a very well-organized person. She helped me with small things that made a big difference. She never acted like she didn't have time to talk about things. This was my first time being in a hospital in 30 years, and I can say it was a big improvement. The staff is much more friendly.
