Melissa was wonderful. She made sure we were well informed and taken care of as the family, while taking wonderful care of the patient. Emotionally supportive, on top of all meds; anticipated all needs, caring, sympathetic, understanding, all with a smile on her face. Very knowledgeable, made an effort to answer all of our questions, VERY HELPFUL! She deserves recognition for a job well done. We have had numerous nurses throughout our stay but Melissa has been the absolute best!
