My 92-year-old grandfather was brought into the ER with stomach pain. A mass was discovered and surgery was declined. Melissa realized the tough decision and the ultimate outcome. She was generous with her hugs, and visited my grandfather several times after he was moved to the hospital floor. Her care/passion is palpable and appreciated.
