Missy spent considerable time helping my mom. She showed compassion, kindness, sincerity, and reassurance on many occasions. Missy made a difference by her calming, caring, knowledgeable personality and also when an IV issue occurred, Missy handled it better than anyone could have! More nurses should have the pride and sincerity in helping their patients as missy has showed and also her patience was greatly appreciated.
