The patient had a full-term demise with her last pregnancy. This pregnancy she came in labor and was going to deliver on her husband’s birthday. She wanted to do something special for him. Melissa and another nurse went down to the gift shop and purchased a gift bow. When the baby was born, they put the bow in the baby’s hair and the patient presented this sweet gift to her husband. The couple was so appreciative of all the special care they received. They went above and beyond all my expectations. They both got everything ready for the delivery and everything went smoothly.
