Melissa will always lend a hand to her coworkers and always has a great attitude. When the floor is slow or Melissa has a lighter assignment I have observed her going room to room asking patients if they need anything, even when they are not her patients. And when the floor is busy she is always a team player. She never hesitates to answer a call light or help in any way. She is a great nurse.
