Melissa greeted us right away when we came into the unit. She was very upbeat and cheerful, making us feel very comfortable and welcome. She seemed very knowledgeable about the process and provided detailed information about what would happen throughout the day. Melissa helped me feel relaxed and comfortable with the whole situation. She was super friendly, and I enjoyed the relationship we developed. She helped my wife to find her way around the hospital and was available to provide any other support she might need.
